You'll feel it in your gut! We all have different ideas of "ugly" and I try to find the ugliest of the ugly just for you so I can understand if its a hard decision. Sometimes you'll want 80's ugly, sometimes you want animal print ugly, or sometimes you want glitter sequin ugly. Whatever you feel like, you'll surely find. Just be sure of one thing: Once you have it in your hands, can you commit to ugly sweater? :)

Excellent question! First, I always list a size (if given) and if none is given I give you my best estimate. The best thing to do is to compare the measurements I give you to a comparable item of your own. I give measurements in the following way: Shoulder to Shoulder- I measure from one shoulder seam, straight accross to the other shoulder seam. Bust- This measurement is taken at the bottom of the sleeve (armpit area) and measured straight accross to the other side Sleeve Length- This measurement starts at the shoulder seam and ends at the end of the cuff. Total Length- Taken from the top to the bottom of the sweater. All measurements are in inches. If you would like any additional measurements please contact me and I'll be glad to help.

I accept PayPal and Moneyorders. If you are paying with a moneyorder, please let me know so I can watch for it in the mail. Orders will not be sent until payment is received.

I ship within 2 business days of payment. I ship via USPS and the rest depends on them and where you live. Every item receives a Delivery Confirmation Number which I give to you so that you can keep tabs on it also.

Your Ugly Sweater will come in a grey waterproof bag, taped at the seam for extra measure. The return address will be marked TTB. I ship 1 sweater per bag so if you order 2 sweaters, it will be in 2 bags. If your shipping total is more than $1 less than what I quoted then I will refund that money to you :)

I do not. However, if you feel the item was grossly misrepresented then please contact me ASAP via email. If an item needs to be returned due to misrepresentation then buyer assumes the responsiblity of shipping back to me with delivery confirmation. Also, please remember that most of these sweaters are of vintage condition (20+ years) and used. It is my job to find the Ugliest Sweaters in the best condition and if it is too bad, it will not be listed.
